I stayed in a Superior Lake View Room with Terrace. The room was spacious, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It felt luxurious, featuring comfortable bedding and top-notch amenities. The dining options were impressive. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of delicious choices. Room service was efficient, and my requests were met quickly. However, I did notice a few issues. The wellness area was surprisingly noisy with people chatting on their phones, which made it less relaxing than expected. Also, the bottled water charges after the first four complimentary bottles seemed a bit excessive. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall vibe of the hotel and attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its family-friendly touches and excellent service.

During our stay, we truly appreciated the exceptional service from the staff, especially with their attention to our children.
